Commission E Discusses Draft Bylaw on APBD-P

Jakarta DRPD Commission E, discussed draft bylaw about APBD-P 2017 along with Regional Working Unit (SKPD) for People's Welfare Section. 

Principally, the program target must be clear and sustainable

According to Syahrial, Chairman of Jakarta DPRD Commission E, all proposed activities were right on target and can be sustainable. Hence, the concerned SKPD must master the proposed program or activity plan.

"So far, there is no meaningful change from what has been proposed by the executive. Principally, the program target must be clear and sustainable," he stated, at City Council building, Tuesday (9/26).

Commission A Discusses APBD-P Raperda in Governmental Sector

He assessed if there were activities that are not possible to be implemented in 2017, it could be realized using APBD 2018. 

"We are realistic, if it can't realize it, do not be forced," he stated.

In the meantime, Assistant for People's Welfare, Catur Laswanto said, related to APBD-P discussion had gone through a very mature process.

"The stabilization has started from the level of dept. and then continued to the next stage coordinated by the assistants and meetings in DPRD," he stated.

As known, the meeting was attended by leaders and representatives of SKPD under Education Dept., Youth and Sport Dept., Library and Archive Dept. as well as Education, Mental and spiritual Bureau. 

Additionally, meeting was also attended by institutions, agencies, and foundations as well as Jakarta Bazis.
